Day 1 — Friday August 14
Arrival & Luxe Villa Welcome Party
Welcome to Luxè Week! Now that you’re all checked in, it’s time to meet everyone else on the week! What better way to come together than getting everyone into one of Bali’s biggest villas for a welcome party like no other. Arrive to Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) 2
Day 2 — Saturday, August 15
Ubud Day Trip
Experience the true beauty that Bali has to offer on this unforgettable day trip. The morning starts at the famous Tegalalang Rice Terraces.After lunch it’s time to get adventurous as we go white water rafting down the Ayung River – the best way to really experience the Ubud jungle! 3
Day 3 — Sunday, August 16
Uluwatu Cliff Party
Get ready for an evening and night like no other. Arguably one of the greatest venues in the world, Savaya knows how to throw an incredible party! With jaw dropping views overlooking the Indian Ocean, our Uluwatu Cliff Party turns in to one of those nights that you will never forget. 4
Day 4 — Monday, August 17
Free Day
After an action packed first three days, what you get up to on Day 4 is completely up to you. You can also book one of our free day activities ranging from Dirt Biking on the beach, Paragliding in Uluwatu to many more unforgettable day trips – enhancing your week in Bali. 5
Day 5 — Tuesday, August 18
Luxè Week x Y&S on the Water
Undoubtedly one of the biggest highlights of Luxè Week. Snorkel in the open ocean, stop off for lunch in Nusa Lembongan and party the day away on your own luxurious boat. Who said you have to be a celebrity to live like one? 6
Day 6 — Wednesday, August 19
Jungle ATV
It’s time to get muddy! Experience Bali’s nature in one of the best ways possible – 100 Luxè Weekers racing around on ATVs. Drive through beautiful rice fields, rivers and jungle – an unforgettable day that is not to be missed. 7
Day 7 — Thursday, August 20
Finns Beach Club
Have you really been to Bali, if you haven’t been to Finns? Nothing compares to an outing at Finns Beach Club. Boasting 4 pools, 9 bars, 5 restaurants and a breathtaking sunset. An unbeatable way to end the week! 100 Luxè Weekers bringing the party to what is known as the world’s best beach club! 8

Departure
After an incredible week, we’ll arrange your transfer back to DPS for departure.

Additional Information
- Arrival must be to I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) to join the included group transfer
- Travel insurance is required for all travelers
- Lunch, dinner, snacks, and alcoholic drinks are not included
- Solo shared travelers will be roomed separately by gender
- Every traveler receives their own bed unless booking a couple’s package
- This trip includes physical summer activities; pack appropriate clothing
Cancellation Policy
Any payment made towards booking your place on a Luxè Week is non-refundable by TLW. Although circumstances change, any payment received from you is immediately used to secure your space in the villa and other activities you will participate in during the Luxè Week.
These financial obligations mean that TLW is unfortunately unable to offer a refund in any circumstance.
Should your circumstances change and you have no choice but to cancel your booking, you must inform TLW in writing as soon as possible. Your booking will not be cancelled until TLW receives your notice of cancellation in writing i.e., via email to bookings@theluxeweek.com. Your cancellation will not be confirmed until you have received confirmation in writing from us.
To make any changes to your booking, email bookings@theluxeweek.com. TLW reserves the right to charge an admin fee of $100 to make any adjustments to a booking.

FAQs
What time should I arrive to join the group transfer?
We recommend arriving before the mid afternoon, so you can settle into your villa before our welcome party.
What are the sleeping arrangements at the accommodation?
We will be staying in luxury villas throughout the week long trip. You can choose a solo share room, where you will have a roommate of the same sex, and each traveler gets their own bed, but will likely share a bedroom and bathroom unless upgrading to a private room. You can upgrade to have your own room for an additional price.
Are meals included in the trip price?
Daily breakfasts are included.
